ReadyBoost is one of vista feature for speed up starting system if you are stuck with 1GB RAM. Taiwanese manufacturer InnoDisk has come up with an internal ReadyBoost drive that connects to your mainboard’s USB pin .Drive operates at 3MB/s for 512KB random read/write and 5MB/s for 4KB. These numbers meet the requirement out by Microsoft - 2.5MB/s for 4k random read and 1.75MB/s for 512k write.
