The OQO model 02 is a pretty cool mobile computer. They call it The world’s smallest Windows Vista PC. The specs are 1.5GHz CPU, 60GB HDD, and 1GB RAM so it’s a quite decent computer - that is really, really small (size: 5.6″(W) x 3.3″(H) x 1.0″(D)).
